WGTS 91.9 FM is a Christian radio station broadcasting from Takoma Park, MD and serving the Washington DC Baltimore area in a Contemporary Christian music format.
Unlike most Washington, DC radio stations, WGTS, has always been under its original ownership. In 1946 Columbia Union College (CUC) started the station as an AM carrier current broadcasting to the dorms. In 1957 CUC applied to the FCC for an FM radio license.
