Tobin Bell (born August 7, 1942) is an American film and television actor. He is best and widely known as John Kramer, a.k.a. Jigsaw in the Saw movies.
Bell was born in Queens, New York and raised in Weymouth, Massachusetts. His mother, Eileen Bell, is a British-born actress.
