The Departed is a American remake of the 2002 Hong Kong crime thriller Infernal Affairs and is a 2006 crime thriller film directed by Martin Scorsese and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon and Jack Nicholson. The film won four Academy Awards at the 79th Academy Awards, including the Best Picture, and a long-awaited Best Director win for Scorsese.
