Nadsat is a constructed language used by the teenage subculture, also called Nadsat, in Anthony Burgess's novel A Clockwork Orange. It is based on English with many Russian influences invented by Burgess, who in addition to writing the novel, was also a linguist. It is a transliteration of the Russian suffix for 'teen'.
