Frank Miller (born January 27, 1957) is an American writer, artist and film director best known for his dark, film noir-style comic book stories.
Miller spent his childhood in Montpelier, Vermont. Setting out to become an artist, he eventually received his first published work in The Twilight Zone for Gold Key Comics in 1978.
