      Why not to add the type "Role-playing Game"? It would be attached to any game (video games included) providing the basic RPG experience, that is that of embodying some fictional character within a fictional world.

      Any thought?

        We have a "genre" field which can be set to RPG, thus allowing us to query for them already.  We're trying not to proliferate types like this unless they have specific properties which don't apply to other kinds of games.
